1) Do you have a physical office?


Yes, of course! Our office is based in Edenvale, Johannesburg. It serves as a repair centre, collection point and used gear hotspot.

 

2) Do you deliver?

 

We do, we deliver straight to your door with safe and reliable couriers in South Africa, Angola, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, Botswana and more.


3) Are your products new, and do they come with a warranty?


Our products are distributed from the respective, official brand. The real, brand new sealed deal. All our products come with warranty and all queries are handled directly through us, locally. No worries!


4) Whats the used gear hotspot?


We offer a few different services with used gear.

 

  1. A consignment option where you get the most out of your second hand gear.
  2. A buy direct option where we offer more than most, which isn’t much, but hey, its quick and easy!
  3. Trading safely. If you want to sell something to someone far away, we can facilitate the deal. Receive and send payment and gear, for your peace of mind!

5) What are your payment options?

  1. Credit card - In store or online.

  2. EFT/Transfer

  3. Cash Deposits (NO CHEQUES)
